Sorry, here at Ryder Container Terminals we are keen on punctuality. We promptly review all
applications and attempt to respond as quickly as possible. This means you may already have missed
our preliminary selection process.

In what format do I submit my résumé?
If submitting by email, then your résumé must be in Word (.doc) or Text (.txt) format.
If submitting by mail or in person, then we ask that you type all documents on standard letter sized paper.

How will I know if Ryder Container Terminals has received my application?
If you submit by email, you will receive an automated email response thanking you for your interest.

How will my application be assessed?
Upon receiving your résumé, an executive manager will begin the review process. We review your résumé
in light of the posted requirements for each position. We then give you a rank based on the quality of the
information that you have provided.
Final candidates must provide current, job related references.

How many interviews will I have? What will my interview be like?
If you are successful in your first interview, we will contact you for a second and final interview.
We follow-up with everyone interviewed, but only the top candidates will receive a second interview.
Our interviews focus on past performance. We ask for detailed examples of how you have demonstrated
the required skills and abilities. Using this technique, we hope to determine your future performance in our company.
