How do I check the status of my cargo?
To access your cargo status, visit the CCN Inquiry link located on the left hand navigation of each page and use your Cargo Control Number to view your cargo’s status.

How do I access equipment tracking?
The equipment tracking login page is located in the left-hand navigation of every page on this website. Once on this page you must use your tracking ID and password to login.
We provide this service to our ocean line partners for checking the status of their equipment in our yard. To set up your secure user ID and password, please call (604)941-0266 or email info@ryderct.com

I lost my tracking ID or password, what should I do?
If you are an ocean line customer, you must email your account details to info@ryderct.com and we will reply to you with your correct ID and Password.
Please contact info@ryderct.com if you have trouble logging in or if you wish to change your tracking ID or password.

Can you arrange trucking for pickup and delivery of my cargo?
Yes, we have relationships with established cartage companies across Canada and, therefore, can arrange pickup or delivery anywhere in the country.

Can you hold my products until they have cleared Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)?
Yes, all our facilities are bonded sufferance warehouses where goods can be stored for up to 40 days until they clear Canada Customs (CBSA).

Does Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) do inspections at your facilities?
Yes, CBSA officers will visit our facilities when they have identified goods for inspection.
In, Toronto we operate a Customs Examination Facility (CEF) with an area dedicated to CBSA inspections teams.
In Port Coquitlam we have a CBSA clerk on site to process your customs paperwork.
